We shopped everywhere in the four corners area to find a new couch and mattress and ended up with Ashley Furniture in Farmington NM. Our sales person was informative, helpful, and also gave us time to ourselves to decide what we wanted. We had our items delivered today and the guys were fantastic. They assembled and tested our electric couch first.. Then brought in the new mattress and removed our old one. One of the things I liked best was being able to track the delivery kinda like when dominos delivers a pizza. They did get to my house before me and called to let me know they were there which was great. Five stars all around for me! Thank you team at Ashley Furniture in Farmington NM!

Jessica Jewett helped us purchase a bedroom set and mattress. We came in to just look at our options. It was refreshing she wasn't pushy as we were expecting. We ended up purchasing a beautiful bed set and looking forward to the new mattress. She was wonderful.

We went in the Ashley store in Farmington, NM, to purchase a matching love seat to two chairs I purchased last year in Texas. Also, needed a recliner that would go with them. . So, we were greeted by salesman, Garrett Powell. He was awesome showing us lots of options and found out they were on sale. Yay!! He got us all set up with sale price plus 2 yrs 0 interest. Double yay! 😁 We were not in a hurry for the delivery, so we will be receiving them in mid October. So excited! I can’t wait to have the house all match. Ashley furniture has the best styles and best quality. And- Garrett was seriously an excellent sales person. Thanks Garrett!!

I have a wonderful sales person named Susan who has worked diligently to help us select, purchase, & handle delivery set up from the Farmington store. I had 4 different order numbers. We began purchasing in late November 2025 items for a new house in Farmington, NM. None of the issues that I have are with the sales people, but rather with the quote “corporate” end. I purchased all these things to be held in safe keeping with this store until my home could be completed. I was assured over & again that the “warehouse” had ALL of my purchased items ready for delivery. I had made a call concerning this to this store every month being assured this was the case. I went into the store this past weekend (Feb 6) to schedule my delivery with my sales associate 14 days in advance of needed delivery to find that all of the items I had purchased were ready for delivery to my home EXCEPT the dinning table & 6 chairs were not with my orders.(how did they manage to leave safe keeping of my promised associates had assured. Now mind you, we did this sale well in advance so this would not be the issue. The sales rep said this was a corporate decision & that those items were most likely sent to someone else who could take them immediately. (????? So they went from safe keeping until my delivery to being walked out the door to someone behind my purchase?????). Well, that leaves us, who had purchased 5 months earlier with no table & chairs…. We were also told that perhaps they could come in LATER AT THE END OF March. But of course there are no guarantees. I was told this decision was corporate. I said well just send me the table & 6 chairs that you have available on the showroom floor in the Farmington store so that we would not be another month waiting without a place to sit & dine. We again were told that this could not happen because that too was against corporate policy. I am struggling here with the concept of complete customer satisfaction. I just find this unaccept

We stopped in to shop for a couch, recliners and bar stools. Our salesperson Jessica Jewett was extremely helpful! We had very specific requirements for our needs and Jessica helped us choose the perfect items. She was so knowledgeable, very friendly and best of all not pushy. Exactly the type of person you want helping you. We had a wonderful shopping experience and I would definitely seek her out in the future when we need more furniture.

When we walked in friendly greetings the time wasn’t rushed, we came to find a couch for our home for best comfort and found plenty of beautiful furnishings that I couldn’t decide. We found two couches reclining and wonderful comfort. We’re gonna enjoy our living room a lot more thank you!!
